JOB DESCRIPTION FOR E CHANNEL
Job Summary:Noor Takaful Insurance is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking for a digital channel executive who would be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's digital channels, including generating sales through the company's website, social media accounts, and other digital marketing channels.
Requirements:- A bachelor's degree in information technology, business, marketing, or another related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce is required. Candidates with experience in managing online marketplaces are also highly desirable.
- Applicants should have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website design, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for applicants, as they need to effectively communicate with customers and team members through various digital channels.
- Applicants should be able to analyze data and use insights to improve online sales performance.
- Providing exceptional customer service is important for applicants, as they need to handle customer inquiries and complaints through online channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
- Identifying and targeting potential customers / partners through various online channels.
- Managing and maintaining digital platforms, including product listings, inventory, and pricing.
- Collaborating with marketing and brands and communication teams to create digital campaigns and promotions.
- Analyzing data and using insights to improve online sales performance.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital sales.
- Perform Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually transactions report to track the E-channels utilization status.
- Monitors projects from initiation until completion including assisting in requirements and user acceptance testing ensuring all milestones are accomplished to help maintain a timely delivery.
- Analyzing sales data and digital metrics to make recommendations about products and categories as it relates to personalized recommendations.
