JOB DESCRIPTION FOR E-CHANNEL EXECUTIVE
JOB SUMMARY:The E-channel Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing online channels to drive customer engagement and sales. It also requires strong digital marketing skills, a deep understanding of customer behavior, and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization's electronic channels, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the user experience, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and publish content, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, including website analytics, social media engagement, and customer feedback.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with IT teams to resolve problems quickly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the organization's electronic channels.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Certifications: Relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 0-3 years of experience in managing electronic channels, including online portals, mobile applications, and social media platforms
- Creative and innovative thinking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
- Proficiency in website analytics.
- Website Traffic: Measures the number of visitors to the website.
- Conversion Rate: Indicates the percentage of website visitors who complete a desired action (e.g., purchase, sign-up).
- Customer Acquisition Cost: Measures the cost of acquiring a new customer.
- Customer Retention Rate: Measures the ability to retain existing customers.
